Great to meet you!

My practice focuses on helping you gain a greater sense of control while navigating complex relationships, life transitions, trauma, or loss with absolutely no judgement. Together, we'll explore how and why you found yourself here and utilize strategies to improve symptoms. I believe my approach will lead you to a deeper understanding of yourself, allowing you space to heal.

My approach to therapy

First and foremost, I will bring my authentic self to our space. My approach will be collaborative, compassionate and attachment based. I aim to create a space where you feel understood and comfortable showing up exactly as you are. Together, we'll explore patterns that may be contributing to your current struggles and work toward a meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Our session will feel welcoming and conversational. I will start to get to know you and what brings you in. We will begin to explore your history and goals all at your own pace. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported and a more grounded about the next steps.
