Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 10 years experience working in the mental health field. I have worked in many settings such as hospital inpatient, substance abuse rehab, group homes, and private practice. I focus on a holistic approach meaning I believe it's important to work on the mind, body, and spirit combined.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic approach to therapy. I determine what type of therapy would work best for my client and flow between multiple evidence-based approaches. I keep an open mind when working with clients and am always learning new ways to treat issues. I teach my clients ways to utilize skills outside of sessions to enhance the therapeutic experience. We will be doing much more than "talk therapy."

What you can expect from me

I want my clients to use the session time to their full advantage. I want my clients to feel safe and comfortable processing their struggles. I provide an encouraging and supportive environment.
