Great to meet you!

I think it takes guts to be in psychotherapy. Life is hard and beautiful, & it is always possible to feel better and live a fuller life, I work collaboratively with clients to cope with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting, divorce and ADHD. I received my MSW in social work from Boston College and trained on child and family teams in the Boston area.

My approach to therapy

I have an eclectic approach to therapy which is probably best described as a combination of CBT and insight oriented work.

What you can expect from me

During our first session I will begin to learn about your history and gain a clear understanding of your current situation. I will follow your lead regarding what material you are most comfortable sharing. Most importantly, you will have a chance to see if you would like to work with me.
