Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Rachel. I work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or stretched thin and are looking for support that feels steady, compassionate, and real. Many of the clients I work with are navigating work stress, anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, or major life transitions and want a space where they can slow down, breathe, and feel understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to show up as you are without pressure to have it all figured out. Together, we take time to understand what’s been weighing on you, notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical tools that fit your life and values. I draw from person centered therapy, mindfulness based approaches, and skills focused work to support emotional regulation, stress management, and greater self trust.

What you can expect from me

I have experience working in outpatient settings as well as higher levels of care, which helps me support clients early and thoughtfully before concerns begin to feel unmanageable. Therapy with me is meant to feel supportive and grounding. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling calmer, clearer, and more capable of handling what’s ahead.
