Great to meet you!

Healing comes from a holistic approach and we all need someone to walk this road with us; helping to guide, offer feedback, be a cheerleader. The way we think often affects emotions and behaviors. My goal is to help you find peace and equip you with skills necessary to navigate and manage this thing we call life. Together I would honor the opportunity to provide the space to share what I've learned and be a place of comfort and safety for those who need an outlet.

My approach to therapy

I have been working in the mental health field since 2008 in various capacities, settings, and presenting problems. My primary work has been with adults and addiction however I have also counseled other ages and issues as well, particularly anxiety and depression. I bring an ability to create a non-judgmental, safe space for sharing.

What you can expect from me

Personal experiences shape and mold us for better or worse. My life experiences have led me to the counseling field and to be able to create a space where clients are understood and not judged, provided tools and skills that are helpful and that I have used in my own life, and an opportunity for growth and development.
