Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed professional counselor who works with adults, active military members (all 6 branches), veterans, and first responders. As a military spouse for many years, I understand the realities of deployments, relocations, and the challenges that can come with military life. I specialize in helping people navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship stress. My goal is to offer a grounded, supportive space where you can feel understood and regain your sense of direction.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and trauma-informed. I draw from evidence-based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy to help clients understand patterns and build healthier ways of coping. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and useful. Together we focus on real strategies that help you move forward with more clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a relaxed conversation where we focus on what has been weighing on you and what you hope will change. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences and goals. From there we begin identifying a plan that feels manageable and realistic. Most clients leave the first session feeling heard and with a clearer sense of where we’re headed.
