Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Dr. Rachel Vadney and I am a licensed psychologist who received my Doctor of Psychology in Counseling Psychology from Springfield College, MA. I have 9 years of experience working with the full lifespan through outpatient mental health centers, residential programs, college counseling centers, and most recently, group private practice.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity, compassion, and a touch of humor. I take an integrative approach to therapy—meeting you where you’re at with empathy, transparency, and validation. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, relationships, and personal growth. Whether you're a teen, adult, or older adult, I'm here to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions feeling seen, understood, and empowered to take meaningful steps forward. Whether we’re unpacking anxiety, navigating trauma, or working on personal growth, my goal is to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and genuinely supportive. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and how to move toward a life that feels more aligned and manageable. You can expect honesty, validation, practical insights—and yes, sometimes even a little laughter.
