Great to meet you!

Many people I work with feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or depression while trying to keep everything together on the outside. You may struggle with perfectionism, self-criticism, or coping habits—like substance use or emotional avoidance—that once helped but no longer feel sustainable. Therapy can be a place to slow down, understand these patterns, and build healthier ways of coping. I'm here to help you find a new path forward.

I am a dually licensed therapist with a decade of experience providing mental health and substance abuse counseling in Wisconsin. My expertise lies in helping people overcome depression and anxiety, and navigate major life transitions including college stress, early career pressures, and the complexities of pregnancy or postpartum adjustment.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in evidence-based therapies including cognitive behavior therapy (CBT, ERP), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches (such as ACT). Together we’ll develop tools to help you manage stress, cope with difficult emotions, and create a more balanced, meaningful life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and talking about what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your symptoms, experiences, current challenges, and what you hope might feel different in your life. Together, we’ll begin identifying meaningful goals and discuss how therapy can help you move toward them.
