Great to meet you!

Are you dealing with a life transition? Or looking to work on better coping skills? I create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can express themselves openly, knowing their thoughts and feelings are valued. I collaborate with clients to set meaningful goals, ensuring their voice guides the therapeutic process. I have worked with a wide range of adults ages 18-80. I have also worked with people experiencing trauma, mood disorders and stressors in regards to interpersonal relationships.

My approach to therapy

Through a strengths-based perspective, I seek to empower my clients suffering from anxiety and depression by recognizing their resilience and innate abilities to overcome challenges. I integrate other client centered practices from cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative and solution focused therapy.

As a Licensed Social Worker, I am dedicated to fostering authentic connections with my clients, recognizing that trust is the cornerstone of effective support. I approach each interaction with empathy, active listening, and a genuine interest in understanding their unique experiences.
