Great to meet you!

I have been in practice for about 3 years and I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ clients. A big part of my desire to become a therapist comes from my own personal struggles with mental health. After years of continued support from great therapists of my own, I decided to become a therapist myself! I love working with clients who want to deepen their healing journey with IFS, DBT skills, or Narrative Therapy. I have experience with couples and individuals. I also enjoy working with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and eating disorders.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is non-judgemental, validating, and empowering. I like to give clients space to feel, and teach them how to understand and accept their emotions more fully. I also appreciate practical skills in therapy with some Somatic and DBT skills that can be helpeful for clients to put their therapy learnings into action.

What you can expect from me

I hope clients take away a sense that they are important and worthy of care and connection.
