Great to meet you!

I am from the mountains of Asheville, NC where I continue to raise my young family. I enjoy traveling in our RV. A lot of my career has been in women’s health/oncology. During this time, I have grown to develop a passion for the complexity of mental health. To be able to provide for those in need is what has motivated me to do more. I feel my calling to help my community, and I am inspired to start this new journey. There is always hope, sometimes you just need help to find it.

My approach to therapy

I am not a provider that dictates a treatment plan based on a diagnosis. I have a holistic approach and any mental health struggles you are having does not define you. My clients are people-wives, daughters, mothers, sons, husbands, and fathers. We will work together on a plan to help you live the life you want. Everyone deserves that.

What you can expect from me

Above all else, I want my clients to feel heard and that they matter. I want them to feel they have a safe place to land when they meet with me with no judgment.
