Great to meet you!

Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) with over eight years of experience supporting adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance use, anger management, codependency, and relationship concerns. I work with diverse populations, including Veterans, healthcare professionals, and LGBTQIA+ individuals, and clients from culturally diverse backgrounds.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT, MI, CPT, strength-based and mindfulness-based strategies. Therapy with me is relational and human. I believe healing can include curiosity, compassion, and even humor. I also value accountability and will gently challenge you to reflect, build new skills, and follow through on goals so that insight turns into lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on creating a comfortable foundation for therapy. We’ll review confidentiality and logistics, discuss your goals and expectations, and begin getting to know one another. Most importantly, this session is about starting a therapeutic relationship where you feel supported, respected, and empowered.
