Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and believe that everyone has the ability to make positive change in their life. I have worked primarily with individuals ages 18 and up and couples. I have worked with a variety of populations and presenting problems including anxiety, depression, vocational stress, grief, relationship problems and communication difficulties. I have been working in the mental health field for 14 years and as a licensed therapist for 8 years.

My approach to therapy

I use a holistic approach and believe in developing trust to help create success towards your goals. I use a person-centered approach by meeting you where you are at and creating a safe, comfortable space. You know yourself best and I am here to help you to expand on that and learn how to work with yourself. I am here to listen to you and help you to learn and grow and provide that comfort and hope for change.

What you can expect from me

In our introductory session I believe in the importance of building a rapport and hearing your story in order to be successful with reaching your goals. In each session you will be met with compassion, kindness, understanding and curiosity. I provide a space of acceptance and peace and help you to find your strengths in order to make positive change. We will work towards not only understanding but finding solutions and facing challenges and discomfort together.
