Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Certified in DBT, Gottman Level 1 Certified, and trained in sex therapy. I work with individuals, couples, and triads, with a specialization in supporting LGBTQ+ and non-monogamous/polyamorous clients. Outside the therapy room, I’m a mom of two, queer myself, and a lover of theatre and teaching. In addition to my clinical work, I serve as an educator and adjunct faculty member, which keeps me connected to the evolving conversations in the mental health field.

My approach to therapy

My style is collaborative, warm, and affirming. I like to incorporate humor and creativity into sessions when it serves the work we're doing together. I strive to be relatable, open-minded, and flexible, tailoring my approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. I integrate different therapeutic modalities, including DBT, relational approaches, Gottman-informed techniques, and sex therapy frameworks, to meet clients where they are and help them move toward where they want to be.

What you can expect from me

Each client leaves with something tailored to their needs -- sometimes that’s practical tools to try right away, other times it’s a new perspective, a sense of clarity, or simply feeling less alone. Together, we may focus on strengthening communication, building trust in yourself and your relationships, or finding ways to regulate and navigate big emotions. My goal is always that you feel supported, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.
