Great to meet you!

I work with children, teens, and adults, integrating behavioral principles into a comprehensive mental health practice. My career began in special education as a behaviorist for children with autism, followed by time as a middle school counselor in East Los Angeles. Earning my BCBA in 2020 and LCSW in 2021 allowed me to bridge the gap between behavior management and therapy. I love working at this intersection, creating a space where big behaviors and big feelings can coexist, be processed, and be understood together.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in parent-child relationships, behavior management, parent coaching, and special education. My practice provides dedicated therapeutic support for parents and caregivers navigating family conflict, challenging behaviors, and neurodivergent or differentiated developmental needs. Additionally, I work with individuals facing anxiety and burnout tied to workplace stress and major life transitions. I offer a safe, collaborative space to process deep emotions while equipping you with practical tools to use between sessions.

What you can expect from me

I'm here to help! I am directive yet empathetic and allow clients to tailor their therapeutic plan to meet their needs and goals. Please don't hesitate to reach out for a consultation to see if we might be a good fit.
