Great to meet you!

I’ve had the joy of supporting adults and teens all throughout Texas and Virginia for over a decade as they navigate a wide variety of issues. I help adults and teens struggling with self-doubt, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, burn out, ADHD and parenting/relationship stress. I am proud to offer affirming, culturally sensitive therapy tailored to you — with a specific passion for women navigating burn out/self-worth issues, LGBT+ and neurodivergent clients. Together, we can work toward feeling less stuck, reducing anxiety and self‐criticism, and gaining practical tools to move towards clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

I view us as fully equals, and am honored to be a fellow traveler alongside my clients. I am well versed and trained in a variety of modalities, and am passionate about constantly learning alongside my clients as well. I love working with a wide range of clients to help them achieve their unique goals. If you are willing to show up and try to be vulnerable and to make positive changes, you are my ideal client, and I already deeply respect you for your effort.

What you can expect from me

I want every client I meet with to feel heard, seen and cared of. Whether I end up being your long-term fit or not, I want to focus on getting to know you in our first session together to create a collaborative plan that will serve you well. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals and your background, along with anything else that might be related. We will then make a plan for a follow-up sessions from there.
