Great to meet you!

I’m a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner offering an integrative, human-centered approach to mental health. My work is grounded in both clinical expertise and a deep respect for the inner life—the emotional, spiritual, and existential layers that make us who we are.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in the treatment of young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, life transitions, and identity development. I blend conventional psychiatric treatments—such as medication and psychotherapy—with natural supplements, mindfulness practices, body awareness, and conversations about meaning, purpose, and belonging. This holistic approach fosters healing by addressing the root causes of distress rather than merely alleviating symptoms.

I incorporate psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness-based practices to facilitate self-awareness and emotional healing. These modalities can help support you in understanding the interplay between your internal parts, unconscious patterns, and present experiences.

What you can expect from me

Whether we're exploring medication options, engaging in therapeutic dialogue, or sitting with big questions about identity, purpose, and belonging—I strive to create a space that is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and deeply respectful of your path. I work especially well with young adults and adults who are ready for a collaborative and thoughtful approach to mental health.
