Great to meet you!
I’ve always known I wanted to be a therapist, but it took time to discover exactly how I wanted to help. Even before becoming a military spouse, I felt a deep calling to support others. It wasn’t until I attended a mandatory relationship seminar with my husband before one of his many deployments that it clicked—I wanted to become a Marriage and Family Therapist.
My own life experiences have shaped my approach to therapy. As a military spouse, a mother, and a breast cancer survivor, I’ve learned firsthand about resilience, growth, and the power of healing relationships. These experiences deepened my passion for guiding others through life’s challenges with empathy, understanding, and hope.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy, and I’ve never looked back. Today, I specialize in helping individuals and couples who feel stuck, manage anxiety, break free from perfectionism and generational patterns, and navigate life transitions. My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing space where you can heal attachment wounds, reparent your inner child, and build secure, thriving relationships.
