Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm Rachele, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of experience working with parents, children, youth, adults, and families. My journey in mental health has allowed me to support individuals through various challenges, including adapting to life changes, parenting hurdles, anxiety, depression, self-harming thoughts and behaviors, trauma and abuse history, family conflict, and ADHD. I also provide specialized support for children and parents dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, autism, Reactive Attachment Disorder (RAD), and other developmental delays or mental health diagnoses.

I earned my MSW from Washington University's Brown School of Social Work in St. Louis, Missouri, and I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). Additionally, I am trained in Theraplay Techniques, which I use to support families in creating strong, healthy attachment based connections.

I'm so glad you've decided to take this step to seek help in your life. Sometimes, taking the first step is the hardest, but with gentle support and determination, anything is possible. I look forward to meeting you and working together to uncover and strengthen the abilities you already possess.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is client-centered and holistic, utilizing evidence-based techniques that are both solution-focused and attachment-based. I incorporate mindfulness techniques to help clients and families feel calm and centered. During our sessions, I offer immediate support and help you build practical techniques to use in your daily life. I firmly believe that therapy is most effective when both the client and therapist are committed to the process and the end goal.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, I strive to be a warm, understanding, and non-judgmental listener, providing neutral feedback and support. I respect and appreciate your unique choices and goals, and I am here to support you on your journey, wherever it may lead.
