Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Diplomate in Energy Psychology with advanced training in mindfulness and mind-body approaches to healing. My work integrates neuroscience, somatic awareness, and energy psychology to help clients move beyond symptom management and into genuine transformation.

I specialize in supporting adults and young adults navigating anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and phobias, as well as those seeking greater focus, emotional intelligence, and personal growth. My approach is collaborative and growth-oriented—grounded in presence, compassion, and evidence-based practices that honor both mind and body.

With a background in both traditional therapy and integrative modalities, I aim to help clients reconnect to their innate capacity for healing and resilience—so they can live with more clarity, freedom, and ease.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative, evidence-based approach that combines mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and somatic and energy psychology techniques. My goal is to help clients understand how the mind and body interact in response to stress and to develop effective tools for regulation, resilience, and growth.

Therapy with me is collaborative and goal-oriented. Together, we identify patterns contributing to anxiety, trauma responses, or other challenges, and work toward restoring a greater sense of balance and well-being. I provide a supportive, grounded environment where clients can build insight, release what no longer serves them, and move toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to discuss what brings you to therapy, how therapy 'works' and identify the goals or areas you’d like to focus on. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background, current challenges, and what has or hasn’t been helpful in the past. This helps us begin to create a plan that feels supportive and attainable.

You can expect a calm, compassionate space where you can share openly at your own pace. I’ll introduce simple grounding or mindfulness tools, if appropriate, so you leave the first session with practical strategies you can begin using right away. My goal is for you to feel seen, understood, and confident that we’re working together toward meaningful change.
