Great to meet you!

Hi there, I'm Rachelle!

I'm dedicated to cultivating positivity, strength, and resilience in my clients for a healthier, more balanced life. I believe in true mental wellness that involves nurturing & integrating the mind, body, and relationships. I was drawn to therapy to support others, especially in times of crisis. Early in my career, I focused on trauma therapy, working closely with survivors of sexual abuse and domestic violence. My passion for helping others continues to drive my work, as I encourage clients to reconnect with themselves and develop the confidence to advocate for their needs. I offer a compassionate, safe space where you can grow their optimism and resilience. I specializing in trauma (sexual, emotional, physical), LGBTQ+ support including Transgender Care, depression, and anxiety in adults. I offer personalized, empathetic care to help my clients heal and thrive on their unique journey.

My approach to therapy

I use a blend of Cognitive Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused, and Narrative Therapy in my practice. Cognitive Therapy helps identify and change negative thought patterns. Mindfulness encourages present-moment awareness. Solution-Focused Therapy aims at practical solutions, while Narrative Therapy reshapes life stories for positive change. I'm direct yet empathetic, creating a collaborative space where you'll feel supported and challenged to grow. My approach is skills-based, focusing on practical tools and insights that empower you to make meaningful changes.

What you can expect from me

In your first session I like to work collaboratively & review your goals, address immediate needs, and sometimes receive psychoeducation. I may introduce key skills, build rapport, and embrace a meaningful connection to create a safe space for healing and growth. Together, we’ll work toward a comfortable environment where self-discovery and advocacy are encouraged.
