Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor serving clients across Arizona and Wisconsin through a trauma-responsive, neurodivergent-affirming lens. My work focuses on helping individuals build practical skills, strengthen emotional capacity, and create sustainable, meaningful change in their lives.

I strive to create a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered to show up authentically. My approach is grounded in helping clients navigate challenges in ways that feel realistic and adaptable to everyday life.

I offer virtual sessions designed to be accessible, collaborative, and focused on real-world progress, with the goal of helping clients build resilience, increase self-awareness, and move toward greater balance and well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when clients feel understood, supported, and empowered throughout the process. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment, creating a space where you can explore your experiences openly and authentically.

I use trauma-responsive and neurodivergent-affirming approaches to help clients build insight, strengthen emotional awareness, and develop practical skills for navigating stress, relationships, and everyday challenges. Together, we create a clear and realistic path forward that honors your pace, strengths, values, and goals while supporting meaningful, lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and make sure the space feels safe, respectful, and grounded. I invite clients to share at their own pace while I ask thoughtful questions to better understand their experiences, strengths, and needs. My goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable showing up authentically, without pressure or judgment.

We’ll talk through what you’re hoping to gain from therapy, what support looks like for you, and how we can work together in a way that feels collaborative and meaningful. Clients often leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and more hopeful about the path ahead, with a clearer sense of direction and support moving forward.
