Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns, struggling with trust or boundaries, or simply unsure how to move forward, therapy can help you understand what’s beneath the struggle and create meaningful change. I work with adults navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem, life transitions, and difficult patterns that may be keeping them from feeling fulfilled.

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, and shaped by my Haitian American and Caribbean background, I understand the importance of family, culture, community, resilience, and connection. I bring warmth, honesty, and compassion to therapy while creating a space where you can feel seen, heard, and free from judgment.

My goal isn't simply to help you get through a difficult moment, it’s to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, build healthier boundaries, and develop tools that allow you to respond to life with greater confidence and intention. We’ll work together at a pace that feels supportive while focusing on practical, meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. I integrate CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and psychodynamic principles to help you understand your thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns while developing healthier ways to respond to life’s challenges. Together, we’ll explore what may be keeping you stuck, build practical tools for emotional regulation and communication, and work toward greater confidence, healthier relationships, and meaningful change. I’ll meet you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, what you hope to change, and the areas of your life that may be feeling challenging right now. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your story, while giving you space to share at your own pace.

You can expect a warm, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. Together, we’ll identify your goals and start creating a path forward that feels realistic and meaningful to you. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the work ahead.
