Great to meet you!

I am so happy you have decided to take the first step towards making a desired change in your life by seeking out therapy! As a social worker in NYC for 14+ years, I have worked with diverse individuals and families in settings such as child welfare, inpatient and outpatient mental health, and within the LGBTQIA community. In my current practice, I work mostly with young adults on anxiety, depression, communication, relationships, and more. I am currently providing virtual video sessions only.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As your therapist, I will provide a welcoming, non-judgmental safe space for you to express your thoughts and feelings and make a desired change in your life. I use a variety of therapy modalities and tailor my approach for each client and can help you learn coping skills and new ways of thinking. I believe the relationship between the client and therapist, built on trust, is central to a positive therapy experience. I will do my best to work with you to reach your desired goals.

What you can expect from our first session

Therapy is a positive investment in yourself. No matter what the life event or circumstance may be, exploration in therapy can lead to personal growth, new perspectives, behavior change, and potential for life with new meaning and purpose. I look forward to helping you in your therapy journey.
