Great to meet you!

Welcome! Like life, therapy can be challenging, but you have a right to feel safe, supported, and understood. We’re in this together!

I'm a licensed therapist (LCSW, MSW, CHES, ERYT) dedicated to collaborative, individualized care. I won’t put you in a box. My role is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your own healing and strength.

The trillium flower represents healing, recovery, and resiliency. Qualities I aim to cultivate in therapy. It also reflects my roots in the Pacific Northwest, where my connection to wellness and healing began.

My approach to therapy

Since 2008, I’ve worked in health and wellness, supporting people through stress management, somatic and nervous system regulation, meditation, yoga, health education, advocacy, and community organizing. In recent years, my focus has been providing psychotherapy, working with youth and families in both community health and hospital settings.

I specialize in supporting teens and young adults navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and behavioral issues. I strive to create a welcoming, affirming space for people from all walks of life. I have experience working with neurodivergent clients and am a committed ally of the LGBTQIA+community. I warmly welcome individuals from all cultural, spiritual, and personal backgrounds. My work is guided by deep respect for each person’s unique story and a strong commitment to cultural humility, inclusion, and social justice.

What you can expect from me

We’ll work together to come up with a plan that supports your goals and what matters most to you!

My clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), MATCH-ADTC, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Aggression Replacement Training (ART). I stay current with evolving research and engage in regular consultation to continually refine my clinical work. My approach is influenced by holistic methods, which reflect my belief that healing is a mind-body process that honors the whole person.
