Great to meet you!

Whether you’re a teen, young adult, or adult facing anxiety, trauma, depression, or major life changes, you don’t have to work through it alone. I am a clinical psychologist with more than 20 years of experience and advanced training in trauma and neuropsychology.

I work with children, teens, adults, and families facing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, autism, adoption-related concerns, LGBTQ+ specific issues, and medical or developmental challenges. I also have extensive experience supporting military families and veterans.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. Using evidence-based care, including CBT, trauma-informed therapy, attachment-based work, and person-centered therapy, I strive to create a safe space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move toward greater peace and well-being.

What you can expect from me

Every person’s therapy journey is unique. In our first session, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, explore your goals, and create a plan that fits your needs. As we continue, we’ll work together to review your goals, support your growth, and make sure therapy is helping you move forward in a meaningful way.
