Great to meet you!

I believe healing is most effective when we care for the whole person, not just the diagnosis. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns.

My practice combines comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and trauma-informed care with an understanding of the mind-body connection. I also provide ketamine-assisted treatment for appropriate candidates and incorporate integrative approaches, including nervous system regulation, mindfulness, breathwork, and evidence-informed energy-based practices when they align with a client’s values and treatment goals.

My role is to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered as we work toward lasting emotional wellness and improved quality of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, individualized, and rooted in both clinical science and compassionate connection. Every treatment plan begins with a thorough psychiatric evaluation that considers biological, psychological, social, and lifestyle factors influencing mental health.

I utilize evidence-based psychiatric treatments, including medication management, psychoeducation, and trauma-informed interventions. For individuals with treatment-resistant depression or other appropriate conditions, I offer ketamine-assisted treatment as part of a comprehensive care plan that emphasizes careful screening, ongoing monitoring, and integration of the experience afterward. Research suggests that ketamine may promote neuroplasticity, the brain’s ability to form new neural connections which can create opportunities for meaningful psychological change when combined with therapeutic support.

When appropriate, I also integrate mindfulness practices, nervous system regulation techniques, and energy-based approaches as complementary not replacement modalities. My goal is to help clients not only reduce symptoms but also strengthen resilience, improve emotional regulation, and reconnect with a greater sense of purpose and well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and develop a clear understanding of what has brought you to treatment. We’ll complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, review your symptoms, medical and mental health history, previous treatments, current medications, and discuss your goals for care.

Together, we’ll identify the factors contributing to your current challenges and develop an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, psychotherapy recommendations, lifestyle interventions, or, when clinically appropriate, evaluation for ketamine-assisted treatment.

My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clear plan for moving forward. I want every client to understand not only what we’re treating, but why we’re choosing a particular treatment approach and how it supports long-term healing.
