Great to meet you!

Hello there! My name is Rachelle and I am looking forward to working with you. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I have also worked with couples and families to help them interrupt relational dynamics that are no longer effective and to improve understanding between family members. I have experience working with Anxiety, Depression, Personality Disorders, Trauma and Family System issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My work with clients starts with building a therapeutic relationship that helps me truly understand clients, their perspectives and behaviors. I work collaboratively with clients to help them identify their own strengths and to then use these strengths to improve their overall quality of life. I encourage inner exploration and encourage a healthy balance of accountability and empathy/compassion.

What you can expect from our first session

I work to create an environment of psychological and emotional safety where clients can openly and honestly engage in inner exploration, free from judgment or consequence. Learning to live in the moment and remain grounded, despite intense emotion, can provide us with an improved ability to make decisions and maintain boundaries.
