I am a board certified and licensed Psychiatrist and a trained Psychoanalyst who believes in a holistic approach. I take time to get to know each person I meet and provide thoughtful and individualized treatment. I am trained in both medication management and talk therapy to treat a variety of adult disorders.
As a medical student, I was most drawn to psychiatry and, as a psychiatrist, I am most drawn to psychoanalysis. Both are reflections of my interest in the human experience and my desire to be curious about people and their journeys. This is reflected in my approach to our work together. By listening closely I will work with you so we can together identify and process your struggles and patterns of interacting to help bring you relief and understanding.
Sessions are collaborative and reflective we will explore your struggles and come up with a plan together. You should expect to feel heard, respected and helped.
