Radhika Khara

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board-Approved Supervisor in the state of Texas and have been practicing in the Austin area for over 11 years.

I believe every individual has incredible capacity for self-compassion, self-awareness and growth. Life is challenging and everyone needs increased support at times. I work with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health concerns.

My approach is person centered and strengths-based while using brief solution-focused therapy, mindfulness-based therapies, cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing). I strive to be culturally competent and recognize each person's unique experiences.

I will work with you to set goals for therapy and occasionally offer homework to do in between sessions to make the most of your time.
