Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed creative arts therapist offering virtual sessions in New York and New Jersey, working through a relational and trauma-informed lens to support healing and personal growth. My work blends psychodynamic and attachment-based therapy with creative, somatic, and experiential practices. If you’re someone who isn't primarily drawn to pharmaceutical treatments and is seeking a more integrative, mind-body-creative approach to emotional care—I welcome you. In our work together, we will engage the whole self: thoughts, emotions, body, imagination, and narrative. Whether you’re longing for emotional balance, a sense of agency, or greater self-trust, we will work collaboratively to address your needs in a thoughtful, embodied, and grounded way.

My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded. I believe healing happens in relationship—through trust, presence, and thoughtful reflection. Many of my clients are deep feelers: creatives who may feel stuck or disconnected despite being resilient and capable.

What I hope you can gain by working with me is a deeper understanding of yourself, greater emotional clarity, and an increased sense of inner steadiness and self-compassion. Together, we’ll create space for what’s unresolved to be witnessed and worked through—so you can live with more freedom, connection, and meaning.

My approach to therapy

I believe that, for the most part, using an eclectic approach that utilizes use of creativity along with a person-centered and psychodynamic foundation allows maximal alternatives for wholesome expression allowing clients to discover and develop their own authentic view of self as a key component for real growth.

What you can expect from me

I work to create a collaborative and open relationship where clients may find safety, comfort, and space to explore trauma’s of the past, roadblocks of the present, and new possibilities for the future. I'm here to help you appreciate the true you, underneath perfectionism, expectations of others, and relationship patterns that are keeping you stagnated.
