Great to meet you!

As a clinician and a person, it’s important that the therapy is working. I also try to bring humor to session and a little of myself to the room. I feel it’s important to be authentic to the process.

My approach to therapy

Everything I do is with a person-centered or client-centered focus. I want all my clients to know they are being heard, validated, and supported. I have training in EMDR, IFS, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Humanist Therapy.

What you can expect from me

I want clients to walk away from session feeling heard, validated and empowered.
