Great to meet you!

I am a clinical psychologist currently licensed in NY. I earned my undergraduate degree from Princeton University, received my doctorate (PhD) from the University at Albany, SUNY, completed clinical internship at the University of Rochester Medical Center, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Albany Medical Center. I treat children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, adjustment disorders, and other conditions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide psychotherapy, primarily based on the principles of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), for a range of mental health conditions. I am passionate about using evidence-based interventions tailored to clients' unique strengths and lifestyles to help them achieve their goals or manage their symptoms in an effective, genuine way.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to help clients better understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and support them in leading a full, meaningful life.
