Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), and National Certified Counselor (NCC) that is dedicated to providing mental health counseling services to all individuals. I am a proud LGBTQ+ ally and incorporate non-judgement and agape love for my clients in all regards.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am allied with the LGBTQ+ community and have a soft heart for the underdog. My therapeutic approach incorporates the best lesson I have ever learned which is: “We have two lives; the second begins when we realize we only have one." -Confucius

What you can expect from our first session

I hope to motivate clients to discover and create within themselves a sense of self-worth, autonomy, and individuation. Practicing unconditional positive regard, I encourage my clients to share a safe space to process emotions and do clinical work to promote the change they seek.
