Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over twenty years of experience, I have been privileged to work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples in various capacities and diverse settings. Counseling affords me the opportunity to operate within my purpose of fostering healing in others. I partner with adults challenged with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relational conflicts, and trauma. I also focus on the development and empowerment of women.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to be a vessel for individuals to find a safe place of refuge to heal by being heard and offered a compassionate voice of reason during a time of chaos. I aim to help identify learned unhealthy thinking and behavioral patterns that stifle us. I also help to promote self-awareness and establish new ways of handling life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away from sessions an opportunity to share their narrative in a safe environment, be heard, gain insights, enhance self-awareness, and feel supported on their journey.
