Great to meet you!
Hi, my name is Rae Marron, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with approximately 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from St. Cloud State University and have worked with individuals across a variety of levels of care and life circumstances.
I specialize in supporting adults navigating life transitions, burnout, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and adjustment to difficult or unexpected changes. I understand that sometimes life can feel overwhelming, and it can be difficult to know where to begin or how to move forward.
My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and collaborative. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is not to tell you who to be or how to live, but to provide a supportive space where we can make sense of what you’re experiencing together. Therapy can be a place to develop practical coping skills, better understand patterns that may no longer serve you, and reconnect with yourself.
Whether you’re working through a major transition, feeling burned out, or simply finding it difficult to navigate what comes next, I’m here to help you feel more grounded, understood, and supported along the way.
