Great to meet you!

I am a queer transman who has worked primarily in my private practice with other queer people. I have worked extensively with immigrant and refugee populations as well as immigrant and refugee queer individuals. I have experience working with folks who have faced addictions, dual diagnoses and relationship challenges.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a space to explore ingrained habits in relationships, to build trust that allows you to feel your emotions and learn new healthy habits. I offer feedback to help allow therapy to be a space to take risks and learn about yourself and your tendencies in relationships.

I use the telling of your own story, and mindful observation of the challenges you are facing to help you shift your perspective, or further develop your understanding of your experiences.
