Great to meet you!

I help high-performing professionals, parents, and caregivers navigate the heavy mental load of modern life. Whether you are battling severe corporate burnout, or managing the chaos of a non-traditional family-like single parenting, a blended household, or high-conflict custody, you are likely the person everyone else relies on. I understand how exhausting it is to feel completely unsupported while keeping it all together for everyone else.

With over 15 years of experience in clinical practice and healthcare leadership, I have a deep, firsthand understanding of workplace stress, chronic burnout, and executive pressure. I know exactly what it means to look highly successful and polished on the outside, while quietly drowning under immense pressure on the inside.

My style is direct, practical, and action-oriented. You won't get generic textbook platitudes here. I take your unique situation seriously and focus on tangible strategy to help you regain control.

My approach to therapy

Traditional therapy often misses the unique stress of modern, divided, or non-traditional families. If you feel overwhelmed and isolated by your family dynamics, I can help. Together, we will build the clarity, boundaries, and practical strategies you need to regain control and move forward.

I leverage an integrative framework to fit the unique dynamics my clients are navigating. Rather than using a "one-size-fits-all" method, I pull from a specialized toolbox of evidence-based modalities tailored to high-conflict, modern family structures:

  • Parallel Parenting Frameworks: To help high-conflict co-parents disengage from conflict, establish rigid logistical boundaries, and protect their peace.
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): To help you identify, challenge, and reframe the unhelpful thought patterns and anxiety caused by stressful family or work dynamics.
  • Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT): To focus on immediate, actionable goals and leverage your existing strengths for rapid relief.
  • Boundary & Communication Coaching: To equip you with concrete tools for iteracting with hostile or difficult personalities safely and effectively.

What you can expect from me

Many of my clients are high-performing professionals, parents, and caregivers balancing demanding careers with complicated family lives. You are likely the person everyone else relies on, yet you rarely feel like anyone is supporting you.

Walking into a first therapy session can feel like adding one more thing to your already overflowing to-do list. Because your time and energy are valuable, our first 50 minutes are designed to be intentional, collaborative, and entirely focused on putting down your heavy load.

  • Here is exactly what we will cover in our first session:
    • Space to Vent Safely: A dedicated, confidential hour where you do not have to be the strong one, the fixer, or the leader.
    • The "Big Picture" Map: A collaborative look at your current reality: your career stressors, your family dynamics, and where you feel most stuck.
    • Immediate Triage: We will identify the most pressing issue causing you sleepless nights right now so you can leave with a sense of direction.
    • Toolbox Alignment: A brief discussion about which modalities (like CBT, solution-focused tools, or parallel parenting frameworks) align best with your personality and goals.
Most people leave this initial session feeling seen and understood in a way they haven't before. If any of this sounds like you, reach out - let's talk.
