Great to meet you!

Hi there! My name is Raegan and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I empower my clients through a compassionate approach to healing, and I believe that real change starts with self-reflection and self-compassion. I especially love using this work to help people build insight into themselves so they can create healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

I created my practice to be a space where clients feel safe enough to slow down, look inward, and begin the transformative work of healing without judgment. I hold a Master's degree from USC and am trained in a psychodynamic approach, which shapes how I help clients understand the deeper patterns behind their thoughts, feelings, and relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in a psychodynamic framework, meaning we don't just focus on symptoms, but explore the deeper patterns, history, and relational dynamics that shape how you experience yourself and others. I meet clients where they are and guide them toward self-reflection as a pathway to healing, helping them build genuine insight rather than quick fixes.

A significant focus of my work is helping clients heal their inner child, since so much of what shows up in our adult lives (especially in our relationships) traces back to earlier wounds. I work with both individuals and couples, and I love helping people translate that deeper self-understanding into healthier, more connected relationships.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about creating a foundation of trust. I want you to feel the same warmth, compassion, and acceptance that defines my whole practice from the very first conversation. We'll spend time getting to know each other: what brought you to therapy, what patterns or relationships you're hoping to understand better, and what healing might look like for you. Together we'll begin to map out goals for our work, whether that's building self-insight, healing old wounds, or strengthening a relationship. My hope is that you leave with a clearer sense of direction and the start of a plan tailored to you.
