Raegan Sanchez

Welcome! I am a Board Approved Licensed Professional Counselor, and a graduate of Texas A&M University- Kingsville. I have experience working with various populations including all age ranges, from childhood to late adulthood. I have worked hard to provide a safe space for clients who have a history of trauma or abuse or who may be facing difficulties in their life. I also has experience using various treatment modalities, including EMDR. It takes courage to take the first steps towards change and seek out a more fulfilling, happier life. I am here to support you and empower you in that journey. I look forward to speaking with you soon!

My therapeutic approach is rooted in a trauma-informed, person-centered framework and incorporates EMDR therapy to help clients process distressing memories and experiences that may be contributing to current symptoms. I work collaboratively with clients to identify goals, strengthen coping skills, and foster lasting emotional healing and resilience.
