Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Rael, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 20 years of psychiatric nursing and PMHNP experience. I provide virtual psychiatric care for adults struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, stress, sleep concerns, addiction, eating disorders, dementia, bipolar disorders, personality disorders, other psychiatric and psychotic conditions. My approach combines medication management and supportive therapy tailored to each person’s needs. I focus on whole-person care—mind, body, habits—and recognize that spiritual well-being can be an important part of overall health.

My approach to therapy

I provide personalized care that focuses on your whole well-being—your mind, body, and daily habits. Depending on your needs, we may use medication, or a combination of medications and therapy. Your first visit is about 60 minutes so I can fully understand your history and goals, and follow-up visits are usually around 30 minutes. My approach is warm, supportive, and centered on making sure you feel heard, understood, and well cared for.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a safe and supportive environment where your story is valued and your goals are prioritized. Clients leave sessions with clear strategies for managing symptoms and improving daily life. Together, we’ll create personalized plans that combine medications, therapy, and healthy habits to help you feel more balanced, in control, and confident. Research shows that a sense of purpose and well-being can contribute to overall health and resilience, and this is considered when creating your personalized care plan.

I accept insurance and out of pocket.

Initial visit out of pocket $225, Follow-up visit: $150
