Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over two decades of experience in healthcare. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a supportive and judgment-free environment where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. I treat children, adolescents, and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, sleep difficulties, panic attacks, and psychotic disorders. My approach is collaborative and individualized, combining thorough evaluations, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy to help you achieve meaningful and lasting wellness. I offer flexible scheduling, including evening and weekend appointments when available, and strive to see new patients promptly. Whether you are facing a new challenge or seeking long-term stability, I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward improved mental health and well-being.

My approach to therapy

I provide personalized care that focuses on your whole well-being—your mind, body, and daily habits. Depending on your needs, we may use medication, or a combination of medications and therapy. Your first visit is about 60 minutes so I can fully understand your history and goals, and follow-up visits are usually around 30 to 45 minutes. My approach is warm, supportive, and centered on making sure you feel heard, understood, and well cared for.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a safe and supportive environment where your story is valued and your goals are prioritized. Clients leave sessions with clear strategies for managing symptoms and improving daily life. Together, we’ll create personalized plans that combine medications, therapy, and healthy habits to help you feel more balanced, in control, and confident. Research shows that a sense of purpose and well-being can contribute to overall health and resilience, and this is considered when creating your personalized care plan.
