Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience across the behavioral health continuum, including outpatient therapy, crisis care, and higher levels of treatment. My work is grounded in a somatic and nervous system–informed approach, integrating elements of CBT, DBT, and parts work to support deeper, lasting change. I specialize in working with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and patterns that keep them feeling stuck or overwhelmed. My goal is to help you build insight, regulation, and practical tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and focused on creating real, meaningful change, not just insight. I believe growth often involves gently challenging patterns, and with your permission, I’ll invite you to explore perspectives or themes that may feel uncomfortable to support progress.

What you can expect from me

In the first session will be a balance of administrative conversation and building connection. We will review consent documents and communicate expectations of one another. I will invite you to help me understand your goals for our work together and start discussing how we can envision reaching those outcomes.
