I am a LCSW that has been practicing in the field of Social Work for 19 years. I have worked in hospitals community mental health centers and private practices. I have worked with all ages and races in the southern region of the country. My main focus has been on family dynamics depression and anxiety. I am a Certified Mental Health & Nutrition Clinical Specialist. I believe that what we put in our bodies and how we treat our bodies has a major impact on our mental well being.

My approach to therapy is Person -Centered, Humanistic, and Integrative Therapy; meeting clients where they are but also motivating them to make small steps and changes gradually that lead to healthy habits and lifestyle changes that improve overall mental health and well being.
