Great to meet you!

Raessha Stanley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Trauma-Focused CBT practitioner, and Youth Crisis Intervention specialist. With years of experience in school-based and community mental health, I empower individuals to build resilience and healing from the inside out. Through my practice, Oh Ra! Holistic Healing, LLC, I provide therapy, trainings, and workshops that integrate evidence-based care with a holistic lens.

My approach to therapy

I use a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and client-centered approach to therapy. I integrate evidence-based methods such as CBT to help clients develop coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and build resilience in a safe and supportive environment.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to be welcoming, supportive, and focused on getting to know them. During this session, we will discuss what brought them to therapy, their current concerns, and their goals for treatment. I will also ask questions about their history, strengths, and support systems to better understand their needs. My goal is to create a safe and comfortable space where clients feel heard and respected. Together, we will begin developing a plan that supports healing, growth, and meaningful change
