Great to meet you!

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and the emotional strain that can arise when life feels overwhelming or unsteady. Many of the clients I work with are high-functioning on the outside but feel disconnected, exhausted, or unsure of themselves internally. Therapy becomes a space to slow down, make sense of these experiences, and reconnect with what matters most—emotionally, relationally, and personally.

My work is grounded in the belief that therapy is most effective when clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. I provide a warm, caring, and steady environment where people can explore their thoughts and emotions openly, understand long-standing patterns, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. Treatment focuses not only on relief from immediate distress, but also on building resilience, emotional clarity, and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is integrative and collaborative. I focus strongly on developing insight into emotional and relational patterns, while also incorporating practical strategies drawn from cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems, attachment-based approaches, and mindfulness-based work. I work with clients facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting stress, interpersonal and family conflict, identity exploration, work-related stress, and major life transitions. Throughout this process, I approach therapy with compassion and cultural humility, thoughtfully considering each client’s values, identities, and goals.

I bring 12 years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. My work is affirming and attentive to the ways intersecting identities, lived experience, and systems of oppression can shape mental health, relationships, and one’s sense of self.

What you can expect from me

I earned my Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology from Adelphi University and have worked across a range of clinical settings, including hospital systems, university counseling centers, and private practice. These experiences have shaped a thoughtful, flexible, and clinically grounded approach to care.

If you are considering therapy and would like to explore whether working together feels like a good fit, I welcome you to schedule a free 10-minute phone consultation.
