I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has spent 7+ years supporting children, teens, adults, and families across various settings like clinical, school, and community. I specialize in LGBTQ+ mental health, men’s issues, parenting, teen mental health, grief, and trauma‐informed care. As a Latino therapist who is part of the LGBTQ+ community, I bring cultural humility, warmth, and a grounded presence to the work. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported as you navigate life’s challenges.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and centered on helping you reconnect with your strengths. I draw from evidence‐based practices, while tailoring each session to your unique needs. I believe healing happens when you feel safe enough to explore your emotions, challenge old patterns, and build confidence in who you are becoming. Together, we work toward clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.

Your first session is a calm, welcoming space where we slow down and get to know what brought you here. I’ll ask about your history, current concerns, and what you hope to gain from therapy—at a pace that feels comfortable. Clients often leave feeling heard, grounded, and clearer about their goals. My intention is to create an environment where you feel safe, respected, and empowered from the very beginning.
