Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with specialized training in neuropsychology and psychological assessment. I earned my doctorate from Loma Linda University and completed clinical training at several leading hospitals across Southern California. I work with adults across the lifespan facing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, and life transitions, and I bring a neuropsychological lens to therapy with those who want to understand what is driving their difficulties and make changes that last. My clinical interests include neurocognitive changes, ADHD, traumatic brain injury, neurological and medical conditions, and the complex relationship between cognitive functioning and emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and goal-oriented. I draw on cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and humanistic therapies, matching the method to you rather than fitting you to one model. Some concerns call for brief, targeted work; others call for understanding the deeper pattern, and my assessment background helps me tell the difference early. I listen with intent, share my perspective openly, and am comfortable naming what is difficult when it helps you move forward. My background in clinical neuropsychology also means I pay close attention to how cognition, sleep, stress, and physical health shape the way you think, feel, and function.

What you can expect from me

Our first session focuses on understanding you: your history, what brought you in, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I will ask focused questions, share my initial impressions, and together we will outline a treatment plan that reflects your priorities. You will leave with a clear sense of direction and what to expect from our work together.
