Great to meet you!

I am a trauma therapist who has been providing therapeutic services to youth, men & women from the African Diaspora for over 15 years. Having grown up in the inner city of Bridgeport, & witnessed abuse & trauma, I personally experienced how unhealed trauma can limit people from fulfilling their potential & cause people to suffer from debilitating mental health issues. Through our work together you will gain the courage to take move through trauma & take responsibility for your healing.

My approach to therapy

Healing is a journey and not a destination. Through our partnership, you will take the reins of your life and be the author of a victorious life story. With love, awareness & accountability you will uncover what’s been blocking you from healing & be able to make new choices that support your transformation. You will receive support & tools they need to walk through the doors of healing and freedom. In addition, I use evidence-based approaches such as EMDR to help accomplish healing

What you can expect from me

In our sessions you will gain the courage to overcome past experiences of trauma and pain, take control over your life & cause A Spiritual New Beginning. As a therapist & trained transformational coach, you leave every session inspired to take actions that empower you to let go of barriers, end unhealthy patterns, and create a new life defined by unabashed freedom and fulfillment.
