Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I've worked in different practice settings, including private practice, community mental health, homeless and correctional services, and addiction. I treat and manage a range of disorders ( depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, PTSD, OCD, addictions, etc).

My approach to therapy

My goal is to partner with you to help you become the BEST YOU! I offer both virtual and in-office appointments based on patients' needs and comfort levels. In either setting, I aim to create a warm, safe, compassionate, and judgment-free environment.

What you can expect from me

I understand that seeking mental health treatment can sometimes seem like a task. Whether it’s your first time opening up or you’ve seen someone before, and now you have to retell your story all over again. Either way, you’ve taken a step in the right direction, and that’s to start the process of feeling better because MENTAL HEALTH IS NOT A TREND. IT IS A LIFESTYLE.
